Must be a member of a motorcycle rights organization to enter this event or be a guest of a member. Five guests per member (guest must arrive with member) Memberships available at the gate.
Any combination of vehicle from 24 to 40 ft is $25 and over 40 ft. is $40 to enter party site. No vehicles over 24 ft. may enter from dusk to dawn. 4-wheel vehicles must remain parked after initital entry, except for emergengies. Handicapped-only ATV’s. Must be 21 to enter party. ID’s will be checked on persons looking 30 years and under.

Rules For All Vehicles; Golf Cart, Three wheeler, ATV, Motorized Coolers Picnic Tables Etc. for Hazen
- All vehicles must be pre-registered before the end of May by sending a copy of the handicap placard (IF HANDICAPPED) and a copy of the driver’s license of the registered driver to the state office. Mail to ABATE of PA, PO Box 15226, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
- Vehicle must not be driven over 10 mph.
- If no lights on the vehicle it will be parked at dark.
- If anyone other than the registered driver is caught driving the vehicle it will be parked until the registered driver comes for it. If caught again the vehicle will be parked until Sunday morning no exceptions.
- If deemed too intoxicated to safely operate the vehicle it will be parked for the night.
- Must yield to pedestrians.
- No parking or leaving the vehicle unattended in the roadways.
- If vehicle is not registered with the state office by the end of May and you bring it to Hazen you must bring a copy of the placard and drivers license and you will be detained at the front gate until it is registered. If you fail to bring the copies you will not enter the grounds with the vehicle.
- Mentally Handicap is not an acceptable physical handicap for a special mode of transportation or we all might qualify.
