A.B.A.T.E. Office Opens at 7:30 AM
We will have coffee, juice and donuts. There you will pick up packets of information to be delivered to the legislative offices. Transportation to and from the office will be provided if you need it. Plan on eating your lunch in the Capitol cafeteria. All sorts of items from pizza to burgers are available at a reasonable price. We will also have something available at the office later in the afternoon before you start your trip home.
Call your Senator and Representative and tell them you will be in Harrisburg on Tuesday, April 12 and would appreciate a brief meeting in order to update them on motorcycling issues.
If you have children of school age you might want to consider bringing them along. Usually they can get credit in school for the trip to the Capitol. While you are there you can take them on the tour of the capitol and also take a photo op with your legislators.
It’s easy but also very important that we put an A.B.A.T.E. of PA member in every legislators office on Lobby Day.
