"The highlights of this new policy are as follows:

• We intend to discount by 25% the present Class 1 fare to motorcycles, sidecar types, and those pulling trailers provided they use E-ZPass issued by the PTC.
  

• The tags that we issue will be a different color than those issued for other PTC E-ZPass customers.
  

• The minimum fare will be $.50 per trip.
  

• Tags should not be switched between vehicles. Should this occur, it will endanger the continuance of the program.
  

• PTC will attempt to initiate this program on 06/01/03."
